» Yes, you can look for cars on someone else's behalf but you will not be able to purchase a vehicle. The person receiving payments must be present to sign financial documents at point of purchase. Can I get a used car with Motability?
» Yes, you can purchase used vehicles with the Motability scheme, although there are guidelines of qualification that need to be adhered to. The car must be less than three years old or have less than 45,000miles. The only purchase option with a used vehicle is hire purchase; contract hire is not available on used vehicles.
