If you receive the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance or the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement, getting a new car is easier and more affordable than ever. Through Motability, you simply turn part or all of that allowance into the car of your choice. Choose between Contract Hire, Hire Purchase and Outright Purchase.

Motability 3-year Contract Hire

The most popular option as it takes care of everything. You get a brand new car, serviced, maintained and insured for three years - you even have roadside assistance cover.

Motability Hire Purchase

Buy virtually any new or used vehicle at a substantial discount, simply by transferring all or part of your Allowance over four or five years (provided that the amount is sufficient to cover your repayments). Your allowance must be due to run for the full length of the agreement.

Outright Purchase

This gives you the advantage of buying almost any new vehicle at a discount of up to 10% without using the Allowance at all. It's the ideal solution if you're registered disabled but not eligible for the Allowance, or have less than 3 years of the Allowance remaining
